Financial Policy

Harvest Bible Institute is blessed to be able to offer you anointed and practical ministry training at a cost much lower than traditional colleges or other training institutes. Therefore we expect all students to pay their tuition responsibly and on time.

Payment Procedures

The following are acceptable forms of payment to Harvest Bible Institute: Check, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Pay pal, Money Order, Certified Check and Cash (note: cash is not accepted through the mail)

Mail in Payment

If you mail your payment, please put your student ID number on your check or money order. Payment must be postmarked, five days prior to the published fee payment deadline. Please address payments to the following address:

Website Payment

Payment may be made through HBI Student login page on the website. Each enrolled student will receive this login in once they are accepted. Payments must be processed prior to the published fee payment deadline.

Past Due Accounts

Students with past due or outstanding balances with the school may not register or receive any transcripts from prior semesters until the financial obligation is met.

Withdrawals

Students who wish to withdraw (from a semester or the institution) are required to submit a completed withdrawal form to the Registrar after completing an exit interview with either the Dean or the Registrar. Withdrawals will be processed within four weeks of receipts.

Returned Payment

If any payment is returned for lack of funds or charged from the credit card processor, a $35 processing fee or returned check fee, whichever is applicable, will be applied to the student’s account.

Tuition Refund Policy

Students who withdraw from individual courses or from HBI receive a tuition refund based on the following:
1 week -50%
2 weeks-10%
3 weeks – 5%
4-6 weeks-0%

Past Due Accounts

Past due accounts are subject to a $25 late fee and will be charged to the student’s account. After a week of late tuition the student will not be allowed to return to class until account is current.

Pre-Enrollment Payment

Full time students (30 hours for the year) who pay for an entire academic year in advance will receive a 2% discount on tuition.
